Virtual Camp

MBC would like to assist parents during this temporary transition of returning to face-to-face schooling with weekly virtual camp sessions for children in kindergarten through 5th grade.

Proctors will oversee and assist campers each day with their virtual learning schedule. Dates will run beginning Wednesday, August 12. For more information regarding dates, costs, what to bring, and additional information check out the FAQ below. 


How long will the Virtual Camp run?

For now we intend to run for the following dates leading up to Magnolia ISD starting back in person classes.

Week 1: August 12-14 (prorated rates apply [see "Tuition Costs"])

Week 2: August 17-21

Week 3: August 24-28

Week 4: August 31-September 4

Tuition Costs

The weekly tuition fee is $125 per student. First week's tuition due at time of registration. Weekly tuition is due every Wednesday for the upcoming week. Weekly registration is on a first come first serve basis.  

There is a prorated rate of $90 for Week 1 (August 12-14).

Daily drop-in rate of $30 per day, based on additional slots.

Before and after care offered at an additional charge of $100 a week or $25 a day.


Daily Hours: 8 am - 3 pm (Camp drop off is 8-8:20; scheduled learning time will run from 8:25-3 pm)

Before care drop off: 7 am

After care pick up*: 3-6 pm

* An additional $10 per 15 minutes will be applied after 6 pm

What to bring

Campers are required to bring the following each day:

  • School issued device with power supply (for example an 8-10' extension cord)

  • Headphones

  • Class schedule with times of live instructed classes

  • Login info and passwords to all needed class apps

  • Lunch and drink

  • Textbooks (if needed)

  • Notebooks/Notebook paper and pencils

Required documents for Registration

  • MBC Virtual Camp Registration form

  • MBC activity consent form

Temperature Screening

Each child will be screened for temperature. Temperatures over 99.6° will not be allowed to check in for the day.

Additional Information

Medication will not be allowed on campus or allowed to be distributed by MBC staff.
