Advanced registration and payment will be required to attend Summer Camp 2025. Enrollment for Summer Camp occurs by the month session; therefore, you may register for the weeks you need within that session but the minimum is three weeks per session. We found in 2024 having the children regularly allowed for them to establish relationships and thrive on the structure provided. Space is limited and a waitlist will be available if / when a certain session reaches full capacity.

     Payment for the enrolled week(s) will secure your child’s spot and is due no later than the 15th the month prior (May 15th for June weeks, June 15th for July weeks, July 15th for August weeks) to attendance. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in the student being unenrolled for the following weeks and space will then be made available for those on the waitlist. Weeks may be rescheduled based on open spots with a doctor’s note, no refunds will be granted unless we are able to fill your child's spot and have a doctor’s note on file. All payments may be made through your parent portal on Brightwheel.
